The overflow hotel is just steps from the main party, just as nice, and lets you choose exactly how many nights you want to play. Get an event party pass and the party continues in full swing — you won’t miss a single moment of the action.
Starting at $350* per night / couple
Event Party Pass is all-inclusive except room — food, alcohol, playroom, and party. Find a place to stay or stay next door (garden room approx $150/night incl. tax, booked separately).
1 event pass = 1 couple / 24-hour party (til 3am). Buy as many event passes as you want (up to 5). Pass prices will go up as the party gets closer.
Event hotel, link to book the overflow hotel, details, themes, etc. are disclosed only after an event pass is purchased. Price and availability subject to change without notice. Fully refundable minus fees up to 10 days prior.

FLIRT 2027 — Cancellation Policy: Main Hotel
- If the trip is canceled on or before May 31st, 2026, all monies paid are fully refundable, less transaction fees.
- If cancellation occurs between June 1st – September 1 2026, a refund will be given less 50% of the monies paid (less transaction fees.)
- If cancellation occurs between September 2nd – November 1, 2026, a refund will be given less 75% of the monies paid (less transaction fees.)
- If cancellation occurs on or after November 2, 2026 – no refund will be given. However, the client will be given a credit of $500 that can be applied to any 5+ night 77 Event. Credit will expire March 1, 2028.

*Room77 reserves the right to cancel room reservations if payment has not been received by the stated dates. In addition, failure to render payment could result in forfeiture of any refund.
